Audio Commission

We Do

  • Vocal Mixing & Timing (starts from $35)✅

What to Prepare

Please prepare the audio track(s) in:

  • Mono .wav file,

  • 44100Hz or 48000Hz,

  • 16bit or 24bit,

  • Minimum to non-processed audio,

  • Minimal background noise,

  • Named in sequence for each track(s).

Also, please provide us the reference and instrument files with same key and BPM as the vocal track(s) recorded.

Commission Guideline

  • You may request a commission by contacting us via Discord, Twitter or email.

  • Provide a clear explanation/description about how you want the finished product will be as clear as possible and do prepare all necessary materials as we asked.

  • Full payment must be done before any WIP started (payment installment discussion is available as asked).

  • We will provide you regular WIP update as asked for review.

  • Your commission request will be done in 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the works.

  • Finished works will be sent in Google Drive to you after all payment is completed.

  • We have the rights to cancel your commission request if it violates our terms of service.

Add On

  • Extra Vocal Track (For duo, trio, etc.): +$15 per track

  • Harmony Track: +$5 per track

  • 7 Days Rush Fee: +50% total price

  • 3 Days Rush Fee: +75% total price

  • 24-Hour Rush Fee: +100% total price

What to Prepare

Please prepare all necessary asset files, material files, references, timestamps (for Stream Highlight and Montage) or storyboard (for MV and Advertisement).

  • Provide a clear explanation/description about how you want the finished product will be as clear as possible and do prepare all necessary materials as we asked.

  • Further add on that is not listed may be discussed, and may or may not be fulfill depending on our own capability.

Terms of Service

  1. We will instantly reject your commission request if it contains NSFW (R18+) materials or involving politics and racial matters.

  2. Payment will be made via PayPal for international payment and GoPay or Dana for local payment.

  3. We apply $1 = Rp10000 conversion rate for all of our services price.

  4. Final price will be adjusted based on the overall work complexity and duration of the end product plus add on(s) as requested.

  5. For commercial usage, we will charge 2x the intended price.

  6. We only provide up to 2x (for video commission) and 3x (for audio commission) free revisions during WIP. Extra charge (+$5) will be applied if more revisions are needed.

  7. Revisions for minor mistakes are free of revision charge.

  8. Revision request after the final product has been delivered will be given extra charge (50% of total payment) and it's a 1x only revision.

  9. Full payment refund request only available if the WIP hasn't started yet with clear explanation about the reason of cancellation.

  10. Half of the payment will be refunded if we fail to deliver the end product in time as we promised since the beginning of the WIP.

  11. You always need to credit our commissioned works by linking Shishiki Production Twitter account.
